TB Treatment Support Tools Pilot Study Artifacts

Background

The TB Treatment Support Tools (TB-TSTs) are a set of software tools that help monitor adherence to TB medication regimens and provide support to patients throughout treatment.

This site describes the earliest set of the tools used in 2019 pilot study in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

These are links to GitHub "Releases" that show the state of the codebase at the time of the pilot studys completion in September 2019.

Contributors

The code for the pilot study was primarily written by Grace Youngblood and Sean Campbell. Towards the end of the pilot Kyle Goodwin took over to fix issues encountered during the study and begin refinign the application for version 2 which is used in the ongoing RCT. Kyle also helped analyze and visualize the data caputred during the pilot study. Development was also supported by Ivan, Justin, and Bill of the Clincal Informatics Research Group at UW.
